Quagilys develops training courses customized to its clients needs. Each training course is unique, designed after discussion with the client, and based on:

the pre-defined objectives
the design of personalised training material
an operational interpretation of the regulatory texts for practical application
a pragmatic training adapted to the client context
a possible adaptation of the training for people with disabilities

The training courses are given solely by one of the 4 partners, experts in clinical quality and pharmacovigilance.

Quagilys implements training methods and techniques to ensure the efficacy of training courses and participant satisfaction:

Training material given to participants
Sharing experiences and interactions with the trainer
Work on practical case studies based on real experiences, or role-play exercises
Evaluation of knowledge acquisition during and at the end of the training session
Attendance sheet and training certificate for each participant
Report summarising the training session (participants, objectives, evaluation results and satisfaction survey metric, etc.) given to the client

To enable Quagilys to progress, we expect our clients to provide feedback on our training courses at the end of the training.
